Valoriani has incorporated its patented Recycling Heat System (RHS) into the Rotativo, which allows the heated air inside the oven to circulate several times like in a convection oven, keeping the warm air in the oven for a long time and saving energy in the form of gas and wood. Thanks to this technology, the exhaust air is also cleaner and low odor, as most soot particles burn at the high temperature of up to 500 degrees.
