Bread with sourdough is tasty, durable, and healthy. However, it's not quite so easy for a beginner to handle.
- How do you achieve the optimal sourdough?
- How is it started and maintained?
- When is it ripe
- How can it be processed into bread, rolls, and even pizza?
Together with Hendrik from The Bread Code, we are offering this course as an online course. You will create a sourdough together and Hendrik will explain exactly how to bring it to maturity, how to recognize when the next step should take place. What happens if the dough collapses and so on. You will also bake rolls from yeast dough together. Hendrik explains many general informations about dough and dough preparation. If you like, position yourself with your laptop or tablet in the kitchen and join in directly. Questions can be asked directly via chat.
