Pizza oven: fixed location or mobile pizza oven

For the fixed location somewhere in the garden or on the terrace there are many possibilities. Almost every day we receive customer pictures of very individually constructed pizza ovens. They range from self-built baking houses to large outdoor kitchens or solutions on the terrace. With our kits for classic dome ovens from the company Valoriani you are absolutely free in the design. The ovens can be built up and plastered as dome ovens and thus exude Italian flair. But they can also be walled into a large whole. We also supply pre-assembled ovens that are simply attached to an existing substructure and you're ready to go.

If you are planning an outdoor kitchen or want to add a pizza oven to it, you usually already have weather protection, which makes it possible to simply plaster the pizza oven as well. Because plastered it should not stand in the rain. If no roofing is available and is not to be built, we recommend a dome oven with stainless steel dome from the company Fontana or the model Baby from Valoriani Forni. They are absolutely weatherproof. The stainless steel pizza ovens can be integrated on an existing surface as a tabletop version or can be supplied with a substructure.

Mobile pizza ovens:

Mobile pizza ovens are fired directly with wood or gas. Those who like it cozy will enjoy the crackling and the smell of the wood during the heating process. For cooks in a hurry, gas firing is recommended. In any case, after about 40 minutes of heating, the oven is ready for the first pizza. The solid steel substructure serves here as a storage surface for wood or other utensils, optional shelves can also be ordered.

Your environment:

It is worthwhile to think about the surrounding neighbors when planning your pizza oven. You don't need official permission for a private pizza oven in your garden, but a good neighborhood is worth a lot. So consider if anyone might feel disturbed because you're putting the oven right on the property line and seek conversation. The smell from firing up and cooking in a pizza oven is comparable to that of a grill or a fireplace in the living room, which is also odorous but not usually considered a nuisance.
