Live pizza course enters the next round

It was exciting and we are glad that our first live pizza course was successful. Our participants had great dough and turned it into great pizza, as you can see in the pictures here. Fun was the focus and the feedback was good. From now on, we are going into series. Hopefully with you. So sign up for the course on 12.12.20. Our chef Filippo Licciardo is not just any chef who makes pizza, no, he is a member of the German national pizza team. He starts the course with a little product knowledge so that you know the key facts about flour and yeast. Then you will prepare the perfect pizza dough step by step with him. You only have to bake and enjoy your pizza yourself.
