And because so many enthusiastic visitors asked for the recipes on the Advent Saturdays, we publish them here. At Easter, you can also make bunny cookies from the butter cookies, and kids love cookies all year round.

Butter Cookies:

250 g butter

200 g sugar

2 eggs

1 pack vanilla sugar

grated lemon peel

1 pinch of cinnamon

500 g flour

1 egg yolk for brushing

1 pinch of baking powder

Baking time in the pizza oven:

3-4 minutes at 250 degrees

Spritz Cookies

250 g butter

175 g sugar

1 egg

1 pack vanilla sugar

3 drops vanilla oil

300 g flour

2 pinches of baking powder

100 g ground hazelnuts or almonds

Baking time in the pizza oven:

4 minutes at 250 degrees
