AVPN certifies Izzo Forni Napoletano
Ratgeber Izzo, Izzo Forni
The Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) has been protecting the designation of authentic Neapolitan pizza since 1984. Since 2017, Pizza Napoletana has even been a UNESCO World Heritage site. This heritage obliges and the AVPN is its strict guardian. The organization's seal may only be carried by those who have certified for it. Chefs must complete a one-week course and then pass a final exam with a diploma before they can advertise with it.
We at La Bottega Toscana are very pleased that, in addition to the Valoriani Verace, the Izzo Forni Napoletana has now also been certified by the AVPN. We have long recommended the Izzo due to its excellent properties for the preparation of Neapolitan pizza. Now it's official! As a gastronomic electric pizza oven, it is the Ferrari among pizza ovens. Beautifully designed, classically finished in copper, handcrafted, and developed by the best engineers, the Izzo Forni Napoletano is an asset to any restaurant.
We at La Bottega Toscana have the Izzo Forni Napoletana in stock and on display. Interested restaurateurs and chefs are invited to arrange a consultation appointment with us and possibly start a trial cooking session in our show kitchen. Feel free to contact us, all contact options can be found on our contact page.
