Ratgeber Izzo, Izzo Forni
AVPN certified Izzo Forni Napoletano
The Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) has been protecting the name of the original Napoletan pizza since 1984. Since 2017, the Pizza Napoletana is even a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This heritage obliges and the AVPN is its strict guardian. The organization's seal may only be worn by those who have certified themselves for it. Chefs must complete a one-week course and pass a final exam with a diploma at the end before they are allowed to advertise with it.
That, in addition to the Valoriani Verace, the Izzo Forni Napoletana has now been certified by the AVPN makes us at La Bottega Toscana very happy. We have long recommended the Izzo for its excellent qualities for the preparation of Pizza Napoletana. Now it's official! As a gastronomic electric pizza oven, it is the Ferrari of pizza ovens. Shapely, classically copper, handcrafted and designed by the best engineers, the Izzo Forni Napoletana is an asset to any restaurant.
We at La Bottega Toscana have the Izzo Forni Napoletana in stock and on exhibition. Interested restaurateurs and chefs are invited to make a consultation appointment with us and possibly start a test cooking in our show kitchen. Feel free to contact us, all contact options can be found on our contact page.
