Many know Maike through her blog and from our bread courses. Those who wish to bake with her live can do so with us. In our show kitchen in Linsengericht near Frankfurt am Main, everything is prepared for 8 hobby chefs who can prepare special treats with and from Maike. Everyone is allowed to try for themselves and takes home some results to taste at the end. Of course, we bake in our original Italian wood-fired ovens. And we knead the dough in a Bernardi kneading machine.
